]]>Brazil nuts are extremely high in selenium. Each nut contains an average of 100 mcg of selenium per nut. Reference ranges for blood serum levels of selenium are not standardized but functional medicine suggests selenium should be between 200-400 mcg/L, higher than most lab reference ranges.
One case study reports a gentleman with Gulf War Syndrome, suffering from a recurring staph infection in his thumb. He consumed ocean fish 5x/week and ate 10 Brazil nuts/day for 6 months. His white blood cell count rose from 3.1 to 4.3 and his 5 year recurring staph infection completely disappeared. He also had no signs of any fungal or yeast infections.
In the book "Natural Compounds in Cancer Therapy", John Boik states, "Selenium induces apoptosis at the cellular level, inhibits PKC, inhibits KB/AP-1 activity, improves cell to cell communication, inhibits angiogenesis, inhibits histamine, inhibits tumor necrosis factor, inhibits VEGF effects, inhibits insulin resistance, inhibits invasion and metastasis, inhibits collagenase effects and supports the immune system." He goes on to say that scientific studies on animals show 3700 mcg/day to inhibit metastasis of melanoma cells, brain cancer, some types of leukemia, breast cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer.
Selenium deficiency is linked to glutathione levels, neutrophil function, candidiasis, arthritis and thyroid function.
Neutrophil inactivity causes candida and other fungal infections to spread in the body. Neutrophils are a type of white blood cell and when they are not working it is caused by a deficiency of two substances that control intracellular glutathione production. These two substances are Selenium and N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). Therapeutic doses of selenium start at 800 mcg and go up from there. That's 8 Brazil nuts per day. Blood levels should not exceed 600mcg/L but 400 mcg/L provides therapeutic effects in treating candida, rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme disease, hepatitis, cancer, Lou Gehrig's disease, chronic fatigue, and low thyroid. If you are prone to herpes outbreaks use another source of selenium that is not high in arginine. Other great sources of selenium are brewer's yeast, fatty fish, oysters, clams, wheat germ, mushrooms and whole grains. For N-Acetyl Cysteine I recommend Premier Research Labs NAC.
Brazil nuts (and most other nuts) are prone to fungus, molds and aflatoxins from sitting on the soil. To sterilize your nuts place in a strainer or sieve. Use either 2 quarts of ozonated water or 2 quarts water plus 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide @ 3%. Pour over the nuts, stir and mix. Then pour two cups of hot tap or boiling water over the nuts. Spread in a single layer on a towel and dry with a hairdryer within 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in your freezer until ready to use.
To make Brazil nut milk, pour 1.5 cups of purified or distilled water into the blender, add 3/4 cups of cleaned organic Brazil nuts and blend on high for 2 minutes. Add 1.5 cups of clean water to a bow. Then strain your blended nuts through a fine strainer or double layer of cheesecloth. Add maple syrup or honey to sweeten if desired. Stir and refrigerate. Drink one glass daily for therapeutic effects.

THE TOP 10 Of The Best 21st Century Immune Support Agents
Scientists are concerned that genetically engineered bio-stressors are globally emerging within our bio-network and can burden the body and trigger atypical responses by our immune system. These bio-stressors potentially contain a genetic code designed with so-called “gain of function” properties that allow it to spread beyond usual means. Some bioinformatic experts have presented clinical evidence demonstrating the protein structure of these bio-stressors have different ways to directly and indirectly burden the immune system by means of potentially disrupting the gut ecology. With increasing environmental stress and uncertain food quality, supporting the body to ensure a healthy immune system response is now more important than ever for everyone. The wisest approach is to support the body by adopting an aggressive nutritional program using highly effective, carefully chosen nutraceutical agents targeted to support the entire body’s physiology. Now you can nourish your immune system with an elegant daily regimen of the most advanced immune-potentiating botanicals ever discovered. Exciting research demonstrates that a comprehensive strategy administering certain general immune essentials coupled with immune targeting agents are highly recommended in clinically promoting the body’s natural defense mechanisms during these time periods when immune specific concerns are present. All of the supplements listed below can be found at BiofieldExpert.com. Use coupon code IMMUNITY for Buy 4 Immune and Respiratory Support, get a free D3.
GENERAL IMMUNE ESSENTIALS
1. VITAMIN D For decades, we have known that vitamin D was very important in helping to maintain healthy bones, bone growth, bone mineralization and absorption of calcium. But now, eye-opening research shows that our immune cells have vitamin D receptors. Recent studies confirm that vitamin D modulates the inflammatory response of an already healthy immune system during times of respiratory stress. In addition, ensuring that vitamin D levels are adequate may be critically important to help activate immune cells in order to to promote a healthy immune response.
2. VITAMIN C Natural-source Vitamin C, and its accompanying phytonutrient symphony (such as tannins, flavonids and various polyphenolic compounds), collectively create the quintessential antioxidant support that is critical to vitamin C’s key functions: supporting the biosynthesis of collagen, neurotransmitter formation and energizing the body’s immune system. Vitamin C helps modulate the immune cells’ healthy inflammatory response by actively trans-porting vitamin C into cells during times of stress. As we age, lower levels of vitamin C circulate within our immune cells. The wise choice is to supplement daily with vitamin C to ensure that the body’s immune system has it available when it needs it most.
3. MICROBIOME (Sporebiotics) – BACILLUS SUBTILIS Stunning clinical research has now shown that 70% of the body’s immune cells are located in the digestive tract. This discovery underlines the critical importance of probiotics that are needed to help the microbiome create and maintain optimal balance. One superstar probiotic, Bacillus subtilis, is a probiotic spore former (sporebiotic) that concentrates its actions on bolstering immune function and digestive stability by, in part, controlling microbial populations (acting as a competitive exclusionary agent). It also has a unique ability to form spores that protect the microbes from harsh conditions through to the destination where they can germinate robustly – the GI tract. The spores of Bacillus subtilis also help promote the colonization of many other beneficial microbes that effectively contribute to a healthy immune response during times of stress.Certain clinically studied strains of Bacillus subtilis, such as DE111, offer the following benefits:
• Modulates the body’s own natural inflammatory response
• Crowds out bacterial pathogens and maintains healthy gut flora
• Supports the healthy immune reaction of intestinal cells
• Communicates with intestinal cells to maintain the gut barrier’s function
• Can persist in the GI tract, increase its numbers and then re-sporulate.
4. LIQUID ZINC ASSAY (SULFATE HEPTAHYDRATE) The immune system is tasked with protecting the body against pathogens and potentially damaging foreign bodies. When immune dysfunction occurs due to a zinc deficiency, restoring healthy levels of zinc can help support and improve healthy cell function. This important micronutrient supports both innate and adaptive immunity. To distinguish between cells that are part of the body’s own healthy tissue and from those that are threats against the immune system, immune cells interactively communicate with one another. For this communication to be successful, the immune cells must have healthy receptors. Ligands, which bind to the outside of the receptor surface and allow it to be activated, are critical to this process. Zinc inter-acts with many ligands to support this complex cell signaling, pro-cess, an important component to healthy immune system function.Although zinc is a critical micronutrient, the type of zinc in supplements is important in order to elicit the most favorable immune re-sponse. Some zinc supplements on the market are formulated with zinc oxide or zinc carbonate, which are poorly absorbed in part, due to their minimal ionic charge. In contrast, zinc sulfate heptahydrate,a hydrated form of zinc sulfate, provides zinc in an ionic form – the most effective form. This highly absorbable form of zinc offers superior zinc supplementation support for a healthy immune system.
5. HCL, BETAINE Healthy stomach acid levels are the first line of defense in your body’s natural immune response. The body’s ability to produce ad-equate stomach acid, called hydrochloric acid, can slowly decline with age. Lowered levels of hydrochloric acid, or HCL for short, may stress the body’s immune health as well as the body’s overall health. Supplementing with betaine HCL after meals assists the di-gestive process by supporting gastric acid secretion. HCL is a front-line defense in supporting the body’s overall immune health.
IMMUNE TARGETING AGENTS
6. GREEN TEA EXTRACT Science dating back over 100 years references the elegant immune-supporting properties of green tea, specifically its ability to promote the activity of gamma delta T cells, a type of immune cell that acts as “a first-line defense”. Impressively, scientific articles have revealed that polyphenolic compounds in green tea called catechins such as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and epicatechin gallate (ECG), can directly support the immune system response and can also act to interfere with the physical properties of a bio-stressor. (Available in liquid or capsules.)
7. PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES (Digestase-SP or Premier Digest) Proteolytic enzymes, called proteases, break the long, chain-like structures of protein into shorter fragments. Proteases are meta-bolically active in all living organisms, and also assist in the proper dismantling of aged or damaged cell structures during apoptosis (cell death). High proteolytic activity targets the outer protein shell of certain offending invaders by specifically catalyzing the hydrolysis of peptide bonds between amino acid residues in polypeptide chains. Proteolytic enzymes play a pivotal role in the adaptive function of the immune system and act as an essential modulator in supporting healthy inflammatory response in times of stress.
8. N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) Various bio-stressors can produce an oxidative stress reaction in the body that can initiate a mass inflammatory response which tar-gets vital organs and glands in the body. NAC is an upper-respiratory powerhouse with solid scientific re-search behind it indicating that it is one of the best nutritional sup-port agents to help maintain healthy lung function during times of stress. Many studies have demonstrated NAC’s immune-promoting properties that can be specific to modulating a healthy inflammatory response to oxidative stress that can potentially affect the lungs. Though most individuals gain benefits from NAC at 600-1,800 mg/day, clinical studies have found that doses of up to 2,000 mg/day are safe and effective.
9. NUCLEOIMMUNE Nucleotides are tiny building blocks of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) which are the blueprints for every cell in your body. Nucleotides function as cellular signaling agents and enzymatic cofactors that help keep your immune defenses robust. Each of your trillion plus cells contains over 6 billion nucleotides. These building blocks are stored in a very limited quantity. During times of stress, nucleotide stores can be rapidly depleted. Supporting the body with supplemental nucleotides can help promote cellular energy and vitality as well as protein synthesis. During times of immune stress, when a supplemental source of nucleotides is available, billions of sturdy, fresh nucleotides can be absorbed by the cell to help promote a healthy immune system.
10. ALLICIDIN Human studies confirm the superior immune support properties of garlic that contains high amounts of allicin, an immune sup-porting compound. Allicin can promote critical components of the innate immune system and also play an essential role in the adaptive immune response during times of stress. When raw garlic cloves are crushed, chopped, or chewed, an enzyme known as alliinase is released. Alliinase catalyzes the formation of sulfenic acids from cysteine sulfoxides. Sulfenic acids spontaneously react with each other to form unstable compounds called thiosulfinates. In the case of alliin, the resulting sulfenic acids react with each other to form a thiosulfinate known as allicin. This compound is what gives garlic extract its broad spectrum immune support and immuno-modulating properties. Thus, garlic with a high allicin content is known to be a highly significant immune sup-port agent. Unfortunately, many garlic supplements contain no or very little allicin content. A reliable garlic formula will verify its minimum allicin concentration on its label.
OTHER IMMUNE SUPPORTING COMPOUNDS
IMMUNE MUSHROOMS – CORDYCEPS, REISHI, HIMEMATUTAKE, SHIITAKE, MAITAKE, TURKEY TAILS (Look for Reishi Immune of Premier Fermented Mushroom Powder) The immune-promoting properties of mushrooms have been revered by ancient Eastern health systems for thousands of years. Current research demonstrates that the human immune system can benefit from the excellent support provided by the elegant polysaccharides naturally present in several proven immunomodulating mushrooms.Studies have shown that consuming specific mushrooms supports immune function by offering the unique immune compound, beta glucans, and by generally promoting the maturation and activation of both the innate and adaptive immune systems of the body. The innate immune system can be thought of as the body’s first line of defense, responding rapidly to potentially harmful insults and foreign bio-stressors. The mushroom’s immune-supporting beta glucans are located within the cell walls of the mushroom protected by an indigestible fiber called chitin. Since chitin is difficult for the body to digest, the mushroom should be either cooked, hot water extracted or fermented in order to release its nutritional payload. Fermentation is the top choice for mushroom processing due to its ability to break down chitin as well as provide beneficial postbiotic metabolites.
OLIVE LEAF IMMUNE- (Oleuropein) Use of the olive leaf extract has been widely cited and has been operative in herbalist’s health systems since ancient times. Present-day herbalists often recommend olive leaf extract as a superb support for the immune system. The active nutrient in olive leaf is a highly active phenolic glucoside compound called oleuropein. It is the pharmacologically active constituent responsible for most of the leaf's immune effects.
ALOE MANNAN (Acemannan) Stabilized acemannan, an extracted polysaccharide from the Aloe vera plant, has been extensively researched and is considered to one of the most biologically active and beneficial components in Aloe vera. Ace-mannan is composed of the saccharide compounds, mannose, glucose and galactose, in a 31:1:1 ratio, and is counted among the eight important, essential monosaccharides critical to human health. Acemannan’s biological activities directly supports the cell-to-cell communication of the immune system to promote healthy immune responses during times of stress. The body’s innate immune responses are regulated by glycoproteins (which have a carbohydrate attached by a covalent bond) or glycolipids (which contain oligosaccharides) chains that are present of the surface of the cells. These molecules interact with remote cells to cause them to migrate to a damaged site or initiate a secondary biological response. The reported biological effects of acemannan include the beneficial stimulation of the following: The production of IL-1a (interleukin 1 alpha) TNF-a (Tumor Necrosis Factor apha), IL-6 (Interluekin-6), nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2 by production by macrophages.
COLOSTRUM Colostrum is a special immune-active fluid secreted by the mammary glands of female cows for about three days after giving birth. Bo-vine colostrum contains a wide range of naturally occurring immune factors, amino acids, nucleotides and growth factors to support the newborn’s immune health. Dairy cows can produce up to five gallons of colostrum just within in their first milking. Since baby calf only consumes about one gallon in the first couple days, excess colostrum is ideal for use as a nutritional supplement.Colostrum from pasture-fed cows is known to contain highly con-centrated immunoglobulins specific to many human antibodies, such as Immunoglobulin G (IgG) – an important type of antibody of the body’s immune system. IgG is the most common type of antibody found in circulation representing 75% of serum antibodies in humans. Research has shown that supplementation with bovine colostrum is able to positively modulate immune function.
OIL OF OREGANO The most active phyto-compound in wild oregano is carvacrol, a potent, naturally occurring agent which has remarkable effects that support and promote immune system health. Biological studies have shown that twelve distinct phenolic compounds from oregano exhibit immune supporting activity, most notably labiatic and p-hydroxy-hydrocaffeic acid. Research has demonstrated that oregano oil was effective against all Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria that were tested in the study.

]]>Foot soaks have been used for thousands of years to remedy a wide variety of ailments. The lymphatic system in the lower vessels tend to become sluggish or clogged from the effects of gravity. Foot soaks help to stimulate this lymphatic congestion and release toxins through the pores of the feet. Foot baths have different effects on the body depending on the minerals or herbs added to the water and the temperature of the water. French spas prescribed foot soaks for the treatment of arthritis. Father Kneipp, a modern pioneer of water therapies, used foot baths to treat colds, sinusitis, headaches, poor circulation, neuritis, and congested abdominal organs.
Here are several excellent recipes for therapeutic soaks.
Mustard Soak
5 Minutes Preparation
20 Minutes Soaking
Historically recommended for:
Mustard has been revered for centuries in both Eastern and Western medicine for it's ability to break up stagnation by stimulating blood and body fluids. Mustard is a powerful rubefacient, which dilates blood vessels, brings more blood to the surface and will cause the skin to redden as blood flow increases and toxins and waste particles are drawn out of the body. The effects of this foot soak are powerful. This foot soak will cause you to sweat profusely. **Do not exceed the recommended dose of mustard powder.**
What You'll Need
Directions:
In a gallon tub or bucket dissolve mustard powder in very hot water
Soak both feet for 20 minutes
Towel dry, rinse with fresh water and dry again
*Drinking adequate amounts of clean tepid water before and after the soak will assist in detoxification.
]]>During exercise, creatine is used by the body to maintain adequate levels of energy-rich ATP. ATP (adenine triphosphate) is your body's premier source of energy for many metabolic processes. Athletes who seek to achieve optimal performance during high intensity exercise will often load creatine as a nutritional supplement to spark their ATP levels.
Many types of exercise, such as weight lifting, sprinting and HIIT training, can challenge ATP stores. Thus, taking additional creatine as a supplement can help promote physical performance and also delay exercise fatigue by boosting skeletal muscle's ATP reserves. When muscles use ATP for energy, a chemical process takes place where the ATP is broken down into two simple chemicals, ADP (adenosine diphosphate) and phosphate. As ATP is converted to ADP, energy is released that gives muscles their ability to contract and perform well.
Did you ever exercise so hard that you felt a muscle "burn"? During intense training, when lactic acid levels can rise higher in muscles you may feel a burning sensation in your muscles. Research shows that creatine can help buffer lactic acid that builds up in muscles during exercise. To help control the buildup of lactic acid, creatine helps to absorb and bind hydrogen ions that have been released into the muscles.
Creatine also promotes the body's anabolic phase for increased protein synthesis which supports lean body mass and muscle strength. Taking creatine supplements before and after workouts may help support muscle energy levels because it enables the ATP energy cycle to continue for longer periods of time.
We recommend Premier Creatine for supplementation because it is a natural source of creatine and has the added benefit of no added chemical binders, fillers or non-nutritive substances so often found in workout supplements.

If the number code is simply four digits, the produce is conventionally grown, which means it is not genetically modified and not organic. If the PLU code is a five digit code beginning with an “8”, the product has been genetically modified. If the PLU code is a five digit code beginning with a “9”, the product is organic, and also, by definition of organic, not genetically modified.

]]>Folate helps produce and maintain new cells. This is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth such as infancy and pregnancy. Folate is needed to make DNA and RNA, the blueprints for cells. It also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Both adults and children need folate to make normal red blood cells and prevent anemia. Folate is also essential for the metabolism of homocysteine and helps maintain normal levels of this amino acid. Signs you may be deficient in folate include anemia, poor immune function, fatigue, insomnia, cardiovascular disease, and high homocysteine.
Obtain folate by consuming the following; brewer’s yeast, lentils, edamame, romaine lettuce, pinto beans, okra, black beans, black-eyed peas, fresh spinach, kidney beans, steamed broccoli, collard greens, garbanzo beans, asparagus, tomato juice, orange juice, beets, papaya, non GMO tofu.
To supplement folate use PRL's Max B-ND which contains 1,000 mcg of natural folate per serving and the full spectrum of B vitamins. Available at biofieldexpert.com.

Zinc is an important nutrient and often overlooked. Zinc is responsible for taste/smell perception, wound healing, DNA synthesis, normal growth and development during pregnancy, immune system and enzyme support and healthy development for children and adolescence. Phytates, which are present in whole-grain breads, cereals, legumes, and other foods—bind zinc and inhibit its absorption. Thus, the bioavailability of zinc from grains and plant foods is lower than that from animal foods, although many grain- and plant-based foods are still good sources of zinc. The following foods will help you boost your zinc intake; oysters, beef shanks, Alaska king crab, pork shoulder, lobster, roasted chicken leg, pork tenderloin, baked beans, dry roasted cashews, chickpeas, dry roasted almonds, roasted skinless chicken breast, kidney beans. To determine if you are deficient in zinc you can use PRL's Liquid Zinc Assay. Just take 1/2 teaspoon and wait for a metallic taste perception. If you don't taste anything immediately, that indicates you are deficient in zinc. Then take daily in juice or water. If you have an immediate taste perception, your zinc level is adequate. Other signs you may be deficient in zinc include, hair loss, diarrhea, impotence, eye and skin lesions, loss of appetite, mental lethargy and growth retardation in children.

As a result, in addition to reducing your exposure to harmful pesticides, eating organically may also reduce your exposure to hormones, antibiotics, and potentially harmful irradiated food. Less antibiotic use may help to avoid the development of antibiotic resistance, according to the Environmental Working Group, (a non-profit organization that focuses on protecting public health and the environment regarding public policy). Scientists have begun to agree that even small doses of pesticides and other chemicals can have long-term health consequences that begin during fetal development and early childhood.

]]>Claims of enhanced nutritional benefits of organic foods have caused much controversy. However, studies have been able to support this claim. The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine reported one study showing that, on average, organic crops contain 86% more chromium, 29% more magnesium, 27% more vitamin C, 21% more iron, 26% more calcium, 42% more manganese, 498% more iodine, and 372% more selenium. Significantly less nitrates were also found in the organic foods. Resulting from nitrogen-based fertilizers, high nitrates in food and drinking water can be converted to potentially carcinogenic nitrosamines.
The Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry reported that organically grown corn, strawberries, and marionberries have significantly higher levels of anticancer antioxidants than nonorganically grown foods. Protective compounds, such as flavonoids, are produced by plants to act as their natural defense in response to stresses, such as insects or other competitive plants. The report suggested that good soil nutrition seems to increase the amount of these protective compounds, while pesticides and herbicides disturb their production. A more recent study found similar results.
Another important issue was brought to light in a 2010 review of studies that found an increased incidence of thyroid disease and diabetes with exposure to organochlorines. The Environmental Working Group continues to stay on top of these issues as they come to the forefront.
What foods are most important to eat organically? Meats and dairy appear to be the most heavily contaminated with hormones, pesticides and herbicides. Produce can be quite variable. If you are unable to eat organic produce, it is wise to be aware of those products that are the least contaminated with pesticides.

]]>Anxiety disorder is a common problem. It can be either acute or chronic. Acute anxiety will manifest in what is commonly referred to as panic attacks. A panic attack is an instance in which the natural “flight or fight” response occurs at the wrong time. The physiological response is complex and involuntary as the body tries to prepare itself for an emergency situation. Panic attacks are often triggered by stress (conscious or unconscious) to the body. However, they can also be caused by certain emotions or a response to certain foods or drugs. Food allergies and hypoglycemia are common among people with anxiety disorder. Attacks often follow ingestion or overindulgence in caffeine-based stimulants such as tea or coffee. Stress increases the production of adrenal hormones, especially adrenaline. This causes proteins, fats and carbohydrates to be quickly metabolized for a quick burst of energy. Muscles will tense, breathing and heartbeat become rapid and the composition of blood changes, making it more prone to clotting. It is difficult to think clearly during a panic attack and one may feel a sense of impending disaster or even death. Other feelings may include smothering, clautrophobia, chest pain, dizziness, hot flashes or chills, trembling, numbness or tingling in the extremities, sweating, nausea, a feeling of unreality and a distorted passage of time. Chronic anxiety is a milder, more generalized form which may be present much of the time but does not reach the level of intensity of a panic attack. People with chronic anxiety may feel chronically uneasy, especially around others, may startle easily and suffer from headaches and chronic fatigue.
Anxiety disorder can have cumulative effects including generalized aches and pains, muscular twitching and stiffness, depression, insomnia, nightmares and early waking, decreased libido and abnormal feelings of tension with an inability to relax. Women may notice irregular menstrual cycles and an increase in premenstrual symptoms. Anxiety disorder may be hereditary, in some cases it may be related to a harmless abnormality of heart function called mitral valve prolapse, and is promoted by internal or interpersonal conflict. Anxiety disorder is a treatable condition. Nutrition, exercise and emotional balancing techniques will yield impressive results.
Calcium and Magnesium
Calcium acts as a natural tranquilizer and can be taken at 2,000mg/day. Eating an alkaline diet will help your body retain its calcium. Magnesium should be taken with calcium as they work synergistically. It will help relieve anxiety, tension, nervousness, mulcular spasms, and tics. Magnesium dosage should be 600-1,000mg/day. We like Premier Research Labs Coral Legend Plus which contains the correct ratio of both.
Iron
An iron deficiency can increase the risk of panic attacks. You may want to ask your health care provider to check your iron levels. Floradix Iron + Herbs is a natural liquid source of iron. It tastes a bit like pennies! PRL's Erythropro is a natural live source iron in capsule form from beets, kelp, barley and grasses.
B Vitamins
The B vitamins are extremely important! They reduce stress and anxiety, help maintain normal nervous system function, calm the nerves and produce important brain chemicals. We recommend Max B-ND which is a NATURAL multi-B including folate. This B supplement won a product of the year title in Europe. It has been predigested in a probiotic colony which makes it incredibly easy for the cells to absorb.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C has a host of benefits. With regards to anxiety it can help by assisting in the manufacture of the hormones adrenaline & cortisone. It will also support the body through:
