Suggested Use
Begin with ½ capsule or 1 capsule daily with food, and gradually increase to 2 capsules per day as tolerated.
If 1 capsule every other day causes discomfort, reduce the dose to ½ or even ¼ capsule. Temporary effects such as abdominal cramping, loose stools, or changes in bowel movements may occur and typically resolve within 2–3 days. These responses can be a normal part of gut rebalancing.
