Alpha-GPC- this is a natural choline found in the brain that may help to treat Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive decline disorders.  It has the ability to rapidly transfer choline across the blood brain barrier.

Policosanol-  the Medical Surgical Research Center, National Center for Scientific Research in Cuba reported significant decline in total cholesterol and triglycerides in a 6 month double-blind study using both 20 and 40mg/day of policosanol supplementation.

Phosphatidyl serine- used by every cell in the body to help maintain healthy cell membranes, phosphatidyl serine is also abundant in nerve cells and has been shown to reduce symptoms of depression and Alzheimer's disease and enhance memory and learning abilities.
