They also assist in the synthesis of vitamin K and ward off pathogens.  Our unique fermentation process uses 95 different natural herbs and barks, cultured for 3 years to produce highly bioavailable nutrients making this an exceptional formula.  We recommend taking 1 capsule, 3 times daily, or as directed by a health professional.   Premier Probiotic is highly effective between meals.
